未山随着女友诗织及她的女儿同住乡间，神秘的他有着不可思议的能力，能感知到「灵」的想法，有时是身份不明的灵体，有时是心愿未了的亡灵，未山用这个能力治疗在世伤者的身心，也协助村民解决疑难杂症，深受村民喜爱。他们在此安稳度日，岁月看似静好，却逐渐忘记曾经高中时代的后辈、现在成了音乐家的草鹿，以及因为某些原因不再见面的前女友莉子，直到某天被未山抛弃的过去竟然再度找上了他…。

"Can't we all just live together?" It would be nice, but for the twin brothers Il-do and Yi-do, it's just a wishful thought. Born under a cursed fate due to their parents' original sin, one must die for the other to live. To avoid this, they have deliberately cut off contact. However, when Yi-do, who works for a gang, gets stabbed, Il-do somehow hears about it and rushes to donate blood, saving his brother's life.
