　　爱德华（大卫·休里斯 David Thewlis 饰）不幸的遭遇了一场空难，但幸运的是，他成为了空难里的幸存者，流落到了位于南太平洋的一座小岛上。在岛上，爱德华遇见了一群可怕的怪物，这些怪物和人类样貌相近，但却异常的嗜血残暴，很显然，这些怪物并不是在自然的情况下产生的。
　　原来，这座岛屿是一个名叫莫罗（马龙·白兰度 Marlon Brando 饰）的疯狂博士的实验室，莫罗博士一直坚信可以通过杂交人类与野兽的基因来培养出一种完美的物种，但现实是，这座岛上半人半兽的怪物越来越多了，最终，莫罗博士也成为了他的试验品的手下冤魂，只留下了爱德华独自一人面对这棘手的情况。

　　马克斯（吉恩·哈克曼 Gene Hackman 饰）和莱恩（阿尔·帕西诺 Al Pacino 饰）都觉得彼此相见恨晚，因为个人原因不得不分手的两人约定了再次相见的日子。莱恩是一名船员，在结束了长达七年的海上漂泊作业后，他终于可以回到家乡，回到思念多年的妻子身边。马克斯是一名囚犯，在监狱里服完刑的他决定开一家洗车店，并且修复他和妹妹可莉（桃乐茜·崔斯坦 Dorothy Tristan 饰）之间的亲情。
　　马克斯邀请莱恩加盟他的洗车店，在见到了马克斯的妹妹和其女伴后，四个血气方刚的成年人迎来了属于他们的狂欢。没想到，放纵让莱恩犯下了大错，他因此被判处30天的拘禁，这段惨不忍睹的回忆，成为了莱恩不幸生活的起点。

　　Disney宣布安娜·肯德里克主演的奇幻喜剧[妮可]将在Disney新打造流媒体平台播出。该片原定明年11月8日北美上映，现已撤档。目前关于新流媒体平台一切保密。据悉，该平台每年有望推出4-5部原创影片。[妮可]由马克·劳伦斯自编自导，肯德里克在片中饰演“挽救家族生意”的圣诞老人女儿。

　　Dutch immigrant, Harry deLeyer, journeyed to the United States after World War II and developed a transformative relationship with a broken down Amish plow horse he rescued off a slaughter truck bound for the glue factory. Harry paid eighty dollars for the horse and named him Snowman. In less than two years, Harry Snowman went on to win the triple crown of show jumping, beating the nations blue bloods and they became famous and traveled around the world together. Their chance meeting at a Pennsylvania horse auction saved them both and crafted a friendship that lasted a lifetime. Eighty-six year old Harry tells their Cinderella love story firsthand, as he continues to train on today's show jumping circuit.

　　最近城里的屡屡发生珠宝劫案，警察们都束手无策。因为贼人的手法和以前闻名的大盗“黑猫”约翰（加里•格兰特 Cary Grant 饰）如出一辙，警察们找上了正在乡间别墅过着悠闲生活的约翰。约翰当然不会轻易就范，他摆脱了警察之后，开始调查到底是谁用他的手法屡屡作案。毫无头绪的约翰找到了以前的战友巴先生，却被巴先生餐馆里的人视作不速之客。幸好在侍者孚的女儿的帮助下，约翰来到了嘎纳海滩。在保险公司经理的帮助下，约翰展开了他的抓贼行动。

　　在一家古旧的旅馆内，员工们都去欢度新年假期，只有一个小侍应生（Tim Roth 蒂姆•罗素 饰）留守。当夜，光怪陆离的事件轮番上演：
　　1，一群女巫准备在当晚复活他们的女神，而她们却弄丢了至关重要的精液，小侍应生临时客串，勇敢献身……
　　2，善妒的丈夫怀疑妻子与他人有染，遂将妻子绑在椅子上，倒霉的侍应生则被当作奸夫，手枪抵头，命悬一线……
　　3，富翁夫妻参加新年宴会，将子女留在房间中。两个淘气的小家伙展开了一场大战，却看到了恐怖的一幕……
　　4，几名好莱坞演员凑在房间中玩打火机游戏，每人打十下，十下连续打着就会赢得一部跑车，反之有一下不着便要切掉一根手指。侍应生被临时找来充当刽子手……

　　This early 70's giallo by Umberto Lenzi is certainly among the best in his filmography and also in the whole genre. Personally I think Lenzi's best films are the funny cartoon-turned-film Kriminal, the stylish giallo Seven Blood-Stained Orchids, the explosive Napoli violenta and this. In the eighties he did plenty of film trash in form of Eaten Alive, Hitcher in the Dark or Black Demons, all of which are ripping something off and/or very dull and slow moving. Knife of Ice came when the giallo boom was at its hottest and the result is convincing.
　　Technically the film is superb, containing great cinematography in the beginning when we learn about the main character's trauma towards trains. From this point on, Lenzi shows us his ability to benefit the widescreen and, for example, the bicycle ride near the forest is genuinely beautiful! This scene also shows Lenzi's ability to build suspense, very slowly but meaningfully. After all, there aren't so many murders in the whole film, only the suspense circulating around the murderer's identity.
　　One suspect is a devil worshipper which brings new aspects to the mystery. Since the final scene takes place in a church, one can wonder if Lenzi wanted to comment on something, maybe the hypocritical morale of church and superstition. The main character (Carrol Baker) is mute which demands a lot from her face and eyes. The actress works very well, giving us a believable performance circulating around the emotions of fear and mental pain. The other actors are good, too. The finally, however, may not give too positive a sight about female sex since they all are expressed rather negatively in the film, one way or another. Still this is easily among the most noteworthy in the genre, not as bloody as the Argento films, for example, but equally suspenseful and visually also interesting.

　　1997年，戴安娜王妃车祸身亡，举国悲痛欲绝，但是英国王室人员却对此采取了逃避疏离的态度。这种漠不关心激怒了很多英国民众。民众反王室的情绪相当高涨，紧急形势让王室陷入了严重的危机。但是，英王伊丽沙白（海伦•米伦Helen Mirren 饰）并没有出来稳定民心，而是携家人躲到了度假行宫。托尼•布莱尔（麦克•辛 Michael Sheen 饰）此时刚出任首相，面对此刻棘手的情势，必须尽快找到平衡各方利益的措施，让王室摆脱信任危机，女王重新修好与国民的关系，而自己也在当中树立权威。

　　缉毒官员Newlyweds Miguel "Mike" Vargas(查尔登·海斯顿 Charlton Heston 饰）和他的妻子Susie（珍妮特·利 Janet Leigh 饰）来到了美国和墨西哥的边界。马路上发生了一起汽车爆炸事件，Vargas认为这起案件跟毒贩子有关，遂和当地的警察们一起展开了调查。Hank Quinlan（奥逊·威尔斯 Orson Welles 饰）是警察队长，在当地名声甚响。当地警方把嫌疑集中在一个叫Sanchez的人身上，Vargas却在Sanchez的家中发现了证明他不是犯人的证据。然而Quinlan执意认为Sanchez就是犯人。Vargas研究了以前Quinlan办过的案件，对这个赫赫有名的警察队长产生了不少疑问。而Vargas的妻子Susie在旅馆里却被一帮人所绑架并陷害，Vargas怀疑这一切的背后都是Quinlan在操纵。Vargas在和Quinlan的对抗中会有怎样的结局？
　　本片由执导了《公民凯恩》的奥逊·威尔斯自编自导自演，共有三个版本：1958年发行的版本，1976年的加长版，1998年发现的可能更符合威尔斯想法的版本。

　　消失了12个年头之后，父亲重新回到家中，而两个儿子——安德列（Vladimir Garin 饰）和伊万（Ivan Dobronravov 饰）已经长大。他们虽时时刻刻思念父亲，然真正相会时却产生了隔膜感。
　　父亲带着两个儿子去俄罗斯北部的小岛度假，一路上他们遇到各种困难， 父亲皆能轻松解决，然而父子间的距离却始终没有拉近。他对待儿子们格外严厉，大儿子安德列对此只能小心应付，小儿子伊万却桀骜不驯。这次旅行，是否能成为父子间的疗伤之旅呢？
　　本片荣获2004年金球奖最佳外语片提名、2003年俄罗斯影评人协会最佳剧本、最佳新人和最佳电影奖，2003年威尼斯电影节最佳处女作、金狮奖等。
