　　在新加坡，一家笼罩着许多秘密和神秘气息的古老店屋引起了银行家Chi Ling (Fiona Fussi) 的注意。她从香港返回新加坡，为的就是领取遗产。在办理遗产相关手续时，她渐渐走进曾祖母即神秘又黑暗的世界，并无意中揭发了这间设立于新加坡40年代初的青楼「凤凰阁」的过去。而这座历史性建筑的命运，将落在Chi Ling 的手中。她必须找寻自己的根源，了解家族的历史。《Last Madame》讲述的是 Chi Ling 和曾祖母 Fung Lan (Joanne Peh)的迷人故事，来自不同世界和时代的两人看似陌生，可是却有着微妙的关系。

　　该剧描述1940年一家盟军军工厂中女工人的故事－－当男人们在欧洲前线作战的时候，女人们留在大后方制造军火弹药。Meg Tilly扮演军工厂的监工Larna，两个儿子都在前线。Jodi Balfour扮演Gladys，一个富有的上流社会千金，不顾家人的反对毅然加入军工厂；Charlotte Hegele扮演Kate，父亲是个牧师，但父女之间的关系很糟；Ali Liebert扮演Betty，一个从草原上来的豪爽女人，负责训练新来的姑娘；Anastasia Philips扮演Vera，在组装线上工作，她的生活因为这份工作而永远改变；Lisa Norton扮演Edith，有两个孩子的单身母亲；Antonio Cupo扮演Marco，在工厂打工的意大利人，因为种族问题（意大利是轴心国之一）而无法参军。

　　A comedy trivia quiz based around pop music, originally hosted by Mark Lamarr up to October 2006, currently hosted by Simon Amstell. Te am captains Phil Jupitus and Bill Bailey (who replaced Sean Hughes in May 2002) are joined each week by different music stars. Popular rounds include one where team members have to identify song intros hummed to them and another where a bygone music star has to be picked out of a line-up of lookalikes.

　　In this new series, the director Chloé Robichaud, whose first film Sarah préfère la course had a remarkable international career after its official opening at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, takes us back to the intersecting lives of a dozen characters and offers a new look on the world of lesbians in Quebec.
　　“As a fresco representing different women – 18 to 42 years old – each episode explores the life of one before reuniting them. It’s a little bit of a tribute, a portrait, and a wink to each woman. This is a series about love between women. Life on a daily basis, a 10- minute capsule, times 8. I hope that in these women, many will see their own realities, whether homosexual or not”, says Chloé Robichaud.
　　Macha Limonchik and Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse join the cast composed of several talented actresses among which, Eve Duranceau, Noémie Yelle, Eliane Gagnon, Carla Turcotte, Julianne Côté, Émilie Leclerc-Côté, Alexa-Jeanne Dubé, Kimberly Laferriere and Marie-Evelyne Lessard. A few surprise guests also made memorable performances on some of the episodes.
