　　该剧由《熟女镇》的一位制片人打造，Fox支付了独占惩罚金才获得其剧本。故事根据制片人自己的生活经历改编，主要描述他和他的兄弟的关系。主人公是三兄弟，他们一起在佛罗里达州一个小型军事基地里服役。
