　　When phony stage mentalist Triton mysteriously acquires supernatural powers of precognition, he becomes frightened and abandons his act to live of anonymity.

　　佐原卓子（米仓凉子 饰）是一名经验丰富的律师，在职场上如狼似虎的她常常为了获得胜利而不择手段。一天，同行原山正雄（津川雅彦 饰）找到了卓子，将自己手上的一个案子委托给她，被告是名叫白河球磨子（黑木华 饰）的女人，她被警方控告杀死了自己的丈夫福太郎（中村梅雀 饰）。
　　在一场车祸中，福太郎不幸遇难，而球磨子死里逃生。虽然球磨子一再强调这场车祸只是单纯的意外，但警方还是在车中找到了沾有福太郎血液的扳手，而一再撒谎耍赖的球磨子也被冠上了恶女之名，遭到了社会舆论的强烈声讨。直觉告诉卓子，球磨子是无罪的。

　　After her brother was killed by a notorious all-female pirate gang, Morag dedicates her life to bringing the murderers to justice. Soon, she has become an important member of the pirate gang and has begun acquiring the loyalty of key members. Eventually, she makes her move and challenges the leader, a demi-god (literally), known as "The Daughter of the Sun." The story of Noroit is based on an early 17th-century tragedy by Cyril Tourneur, and, though it is only the third one filmed, the movie is the concluding episode in a four-part series by director Jacques Rivette.
　　“With NOROÎT, Jacques Rivette has joined Federico Fellini as one of the great autobiographical surrealists of the cinema” (John Hughes). Based on the bloody Jacobean play, “The Revenger's Tragedy,” and influenced by samurai films, Fritz Lang, and Samuel Fuller, NOROÎT was shot in a fifteenth-century chateau and a twelfth-century seaside fortress, and stars Geraldine Chaplin as the ghostly Morag, out to avenge the death of her brother who was murdered by a group of women pirates. With its emphasis on ritual, fantasy, and spectacle, “NOROÎT contains the most beautiful images and sounds of any Rivette film” (Jonathan Rosenbaum, Sight Sound ).

　　在1930年代，当时世界被战争而分裂，人类处在激情与痛苦当中。导演理查德·隆克瑞恩巧妙地将故事中的狡诈、阴谋、残暴，与当代法西斯象征主义结合在一起。伊安·麦克莱恩演出理查三世，他欲夺取兄长的王位，谋杀、骗婚、歼灭亲族无所不用其极，这样强烈的欲望，驱使他永无止尽的毁掉周遭的人。
　　影片是根据莎士比亚的名剧《理查三世》改编而成的，但是影片将故事发生的时间背景由原著中1483-1485年转换到1930年。将莎士比亚的剧作移植到其它年代，是电影人常常做的事，但是却不一定每次都做的好。难能可贵的是，这版《理查三世》不但以睿哲的智能改编了这部剧作，并且在不破坏莎翁美丽的词句下，为此剧注入现代的活力。

　　Bill Kiowa (Montgomery Ford) is released after a five-year prison term for a crime he did not commit. The bandit El Fego (Tatsuya Nakadai), who did the actual crime, also killed Kiowa's young Native American wife. Once free, Kiowa raises a gang to go after the man who framed him. An Italian western in the A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS mold with a better than average cast, which includes Bud Spencer in the debut of his heavy-handed character (later made famous in the TRINITY series) and the outstanding Japanese actor Tatsuya Nakadai, famous for his role in Akira Kurosawa's KAGEMUSHA. Written by horror-meister Dario Argento and presented here in the English-language version (which, considering it was filmed MOS with an international cast, is nearly as "original dialogue" as its Italian-language counterpart).

　　A coming-of-age story about the 16-year old boy Ari, who has been living with his mother in Reykjavik and is suddenly sent back to the remote Westfjords to live with his father Gunnar. There, he has to navigate a difficult relationship with his father, and he finds his childhood friends changed. In these hopeless and declining surroundings, Ari has to step up and find his way.

　　故事发生在十七世纪的美国西部小镇中，哑女丽姿（达科塔·范宁 Dakota Fanning 饰）和丈夫伊莱（威廉·休斯顿 William Houston 饰）带着他们的孩子们生活在那里。虽然日子清贫，而丽姿又天生患有残疾，可是两人都对目前稳定的生活心满意足。
　　一天，镇上来了一位神父（盖·皮尔斯 Guy Pearce 饰），在见到神父第一面时，丽姿就知道，她的幸福生活将一去不复返，神父和丽姿到底有着怎样的过节以至于他要如此无情的迫害她和她的家人呢？丽姿是一名助产士，在一次手术中，孕妇出现了生命危险，在母亲和孩子只能保一个的情况下，丽姿选择了保护母亲，殊不知，这选择亦将她推向了万劫不复的深渊。

　　Cette histoire sordide d'un flic de Chicago empêtré dans le vice est racontée par la ville elle-même (s'appuyant sur le fameux poème de Carl Sandburg !) durant 24 heures bien remplies. Remerciements à Martin Scorsese pour la copie.

　　故事蓝本来自1980年“土瓜湾道水箱藏尸案”，杀人凶手承认杀人之后，去到终审法院，陪审团一致裁定自卫杀人，当庭无罪释放。
