　　本剧改编自Harlan Coben在2012年出版的同名《纽约时报》畅销小说。Coben将和领头编剧Danny Brocklehurst，及Richard Fee共同负责8集剧本，Daniel O’Hara担任领头导演。
　　这是Netflix和Harlan Coben的5年14本书超级合约下进行的第5个项目。跟随之前的合作项目，本剧将设定在英国。

　　A dramedy that tells, with irony and humor, the adventures of Eliseo, the janitor of an upper class building, who, behind the back of the managing company that employs him, uses his position to surveil and be intimately acquainted with the building's tenants.
　　The building is a universe whose ecosystem has specific dynamics and rules, and Eliseo knows them all by heart. There he lives, works and absorbs every detail of the life of its residents. However, underneath all his humility, he hides a talent for manipulating them. A facade of servility and sincerity is his most effective weapon he uses on them. His power is knowledge. He knows everything about his neighbors: their names, schedules, jobs, relationships, weaknesses, likes, etc. His mind registers everything that goes on in the complex. 　　The third season of ABC Family drama television series Switched at Birth began on January 13, 2014, and will consist of 22 episodes. The season is produced by ABC Family, Pirates' Cove Entertainment, and Suzy B Productions, with Paul Stupin and series creator Lizzy Weiss serving as executive producers.
　　The one-hour scripted drama revolves around two young women who discover they were switched at birth and grew up in very different environments.[1] While balancing school, jobs, and their unconventional family, the girls, along with their friends and family, experience deaf culture, relationships, class differences, racism, audism, and other social issues.
