　　An orphan boy and a pampered rich-kid girl are trying to uncover secrets of the past to save their romance and their skin.

　　在新开通的地下铁中，青年陈保罗（张国荣 饰）对同车的莫妮卡（张曼玉 饰）一见钟情，不幸却被另一名乘客安妮（梅艳芳 饰）趁机捉弄。这几位年轻人很快散落在茫茫人海中，职场新丁陈保罗开始为工作奔忙，莫妮卡则为了厘清和上司的一段旧情而心神不宁。某日，保罗与莫妮卡再次相遇，而富家小姐安妮亦再度出现，半捉弄半挑逗地缠上了保罗。莫妮卡找到新工作，遭遇了好色新领导的骚扰，保罗则在安妮的暗中帮衬下正式追求莫妮卡，与后者的好色上司连番交手。莫妮卡考虑接受保罗的爱意但终于退缩，声称将他们的爱情交付给一场地铁中的缘分游戏。在离乱的人流中，保罗和安妮一起，去找寻消失的莫妮卡……

　　正直的青年冉阿让因为偷窃了一块面包而面临着数十年的牢狱之灾，后又因为越狱而被罚刑期加长，在狱中，负责看管他们的是狱警沙威，出生于监狱之中沙威痛恨这些罪犯至极，对他们没有任何的手下留情。最终，冉阿让离开了监狱重获自由，却发现一朝入狱便永远无法摆脱罪犯的烙印，处处碰壁的他决定隐姓埋名改头换面，并且最终凭借着自己的努力成为了一市之长。
　　女工芳汀含辛茹苦的抚养着私生女珂赛特，却因为东窗事发而丢掉了工作沦为妓女。在她临死之际，芳汀将珂赛特托付给了冉阿让，与此同时，沙威亦发现他们敬爱的市长大人，真实身份竟然是肮脏的囚犯。

　　21-year-old Cioma Schönhaus won't let anyone take away his zest for life, especially not the Nazis. He wants to discover life, but has the misfortune of living as a Jewish person in Berlin in the 1940s. Since the best hiding spots are in plain sight, Cioma decides to go out into the light to escape deportation. Using the identity of a marine officer he created for himself, he throws himself into the city's nightlife and even finds a fragile hope for love during the darkest moments of the war. Throughout the day he forges IDs with just a brush, some ink and a steady hand - and saves the lives of many others. His talent puts him in more and more danger, though, and at some point Cioma's only hope to survive is a last forged ID - with his own name on it.

　　Bipedalism, or 'two-footed walking', is the story of a painter who grew up in an orphanage and only years later learns the circumstances of his father's disappearance and death. Childhood memories bring the main character back to the past: he buys a house in the suburbs that used to belong to his family. In the basement, he finds his father's archives and scientific research documents on the hybridization of human race with related biological species. Studying the archive material, he unexpectedly finds evidence of efforts to renew the experiments on the remaining hybrid population. The painter then becomes a researcher, and consequently a victim. The basic idea of his father's research was to change, control and influence the process of human evolution - initially connected with eugenics theories of the period before World War II, and now being placed in a context of modern 'biotechnological' expectations by his former colleagues. The main character tries to recreate and realize his father's heritage, who was forced to cooperate with state terror organizations, using the results of his secret research. In a tragic manner, this information turns into the main character's reality, at first forcing him to reappraise his father's values and later driving him to madness.

　　影片《不二土夫子》主要讲述了男主角皇甫吉赫（马驰饰演）为了阻止村花杜鹃（王婷饰演）嫁与他人，从而夸下海口称自己的爷爷发现了一个有诸多珍宝的古墓。因皇甫吉赫家中确有一件真品，故而大家对他的话深信不疑。在利益的驱使下，当地的镇长、专家、开发商都开始加入这个编谎言的行列。而这个虚幻的谎言还引来了当地民间盗墓组织的觊觎，他们为了挖宝绑架了皇甫吉赫，一出盗墓闹剧就此上演。随着闹剧愈演愈烈，公安机关的介入使真相逐渐浮出水面，最终镇长被免职，开发商心灰意冷放弃了开发，盗墓贼被抓，皇甫吉赫也被教育改正。一切重回原点，皇甫吉赫只能眼睁睁看着杜鹃嫁给他人……
